Use it on your desk for sixty days. If it is not doing its job, we refund you in full.
How it works
Email us within 60 days of delivery and tell us the order number. You do not need the original box and you do not need to explain why you did not get on with it.
What you get back
The full amount you paid, including any shipping you were charged. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually land within 5 to 10 business days once approved.
Damaged or wrong on arrival
Send a photo. We replace it and we cover the shipping. You will not be asked to send the damaged one back first.
What is not covered
Wear from normal use after the sixty days, and damage from mounting the hardware on something it was not designed for. If you are unsure whether your desk works with it, ask us before you order rather than after.
