Deskstead makes desk hardware that clamps on. The cable tray, the edge hooks and the desk pad all install the same way — something hooks over an edge and a thumbscrew tightens it from underneath. Nothing is drilled into the desk and nothing is glued to it.
Why it works like that
Most under-desk hardware is held on with adhesive, and adhesive is a promise about a surface it has never met. It holds on sanded, sealed wood. It lets go on laminate, on veneer, on the finish most desks actually have — and it lets go slowly, so you find out when the power strip is already back on the floor.
A clamp does not care what the desk is made of. It only cares that the desk has an edge. That is why every product here works the same way, and why none of them leave a mark when you take them off. If the desk is rented, or shared, or simply not yours to modify, that is the whole point.
How we ship
We ship direct from our manufacturing partner rather than holding stock in a local warehouse. That keeps the range narrow and the price closer to what the hardware costs to make. It also means your delivery estimate depends on your address, so it is shown at checkout before you pay rather than promised on a banner.
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve, with no minimum.
Sixty days on your own desk
Desk hardware either disappears into your setup or it annoys you every day, and you cannot tell which from a product photo. So you get sixty days from delivery to decide. If it is not doing its job, email us the order number and we refund the full amount, including any shipping you paid. You do not need the original box and you do not need to explain why.
